I was involved in a motorcycle accident Charlotte, NC and was severely injured. I have filed a 1.3 million dollar insurance claim through the other driver’s insurance company (yes, believe it or not, the guy had a balloon policy, thank you God). I got a family member who owes me a large sum of money. He was supposed to receive an insurance settlement months ago. He is making excuse after excuse and I think he is lying to me.
Does anyone know if there is a website that shows insurance settlements? Or is this confidential?
